Your day‑to‑day tasks will include Transferring data from a variety of sources—PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, and legacy systems—into our secure, cloud‑based database. Updating existing records with new information, ensuring that every entry reflects the most current data available. Identifying, correcting, and reconciling inaccuracies or inconsistencies in files and records. Performing routine data quality checks, audits, and validation against source documents. Maintaining meticulous backup procedures, including scheduled snapshots and off‑site storage, to safeguard against data loss.
