MOVE is a Scottish challenger brand in sports nutrition. We make clean, transparent pre-workouts without the overstimulation, tingles, jitters or crash. We're growing fast on TikTok Shop and we're looking for a confident, energetic LIVE host to help us bring the brand to life in real time.

The role

You'll host regular TikTok LIVE shopping sessions showcasing our products, answering questions from viewers and turning a scroll into a sale. This isn't a scripted shopping channel role. We want someone who can hold a conversation, read the room and make people feel like they're chatting with a mate who genuinely knows their stuff.

Responsibilities

  • Host live streaming sessions on TikTok to promote brand products or campaigns with enthusiasm and authenticity
  • Engage viewers through lively conversations, answer questions, and encourage participation to boost viewer retention and interaction
  • Demonstrate product features clearly and convincingly, highlighting benefits to inspire purchase decisions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and campaign goals
  • Monitor live chat for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns, providing prompt and friendly responses
  • Maintain a professional appearance and energetic presence throughout each session to captivate audiences
  • Track performance metrics such as viewer count, engagement rates, and sales conversions to optimize future broadcasts

Skills

  • Proven experience hosting TikTok LIVE or live shopping streams
  • Strong marketing knowledge to effectively promote products and brand messages during live sessions
  • A genuine interest in fitness, whether that's strength training, running, HYROX, cycling or anything in between
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect naturally with diverse audiences in real-time
  • Customer service experience to handle viewer questions or concerns professionally and courteously
  • Reliable, punctual and able to commit to a consistent schedule
  • A good internet connection and a light, well-lit space to stream from (we will provide the branded setup!)
