Identify and pursue potential customers who are looking to reduce their carbon footprint and have a need for sustainable energy solutions. Conduct market research to identify potential sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and developments. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers, providing excellent customer service and support. Collaborate with the Energy Solutions team to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and value of Prologis' Energy Solutions. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical support and guidance to customers regarding sustainable energy solutions. Attend industry events and conferences to network, promote Prologis' Energy Solutions, and stay updated on industry developments. Continuously monitor and track sales data, providing regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
