About the role

Provides reliable, high-quality content review capacity, initially focused on Print Templates, Social Media, and related Graphics categories.

The role is designed to progressively expand its coverage through structured cross-training and calibration, developing the ability to review additional General Graphics and media categories as operational needs evolve.

The role also supports continuous improvement through knowledge sharing, process feedback, and the effective use of review tools, including AI-assisted workflows.

Offers guidance, mentoring, calibration, and support for AI-driven workflows to drive the continuous enhancement of the Envato Library.

What you'll be doing

  • Independently review Print Templates, Social Media templates, General Graphics, and related design assets against technical, aesthetic, usability, and marketplace standards.
  • Perform hands-on Photo, Video, Motion Graphics, and other media reviews according to documented guidelines and category-specific calibration; flex capacity in response to queue priorities.
  • Evaluate editable source files, layout, typography, file structure, compatibility, originality, metadata, and overall customer usability as applicable to each category.
  • Handle complex, ambiguous, escalated, and integrity-related content evaluations; escalate legal or IP concerns through established channels.
  • Lead reviewer calibrations, support guideline interpretation, and mentor reviewers to improve cross-category accuracy and consistency.
  • Partner with Team Leads and Content Operations to monitor incoming volumes, aging queues, productivity, and review quality, supporting workload reallocation when needed.
  • Validate AI-assisted review outcomes, identify false positives and negatives, and provide examples and feedback to improve automated checks and reviewer tooling.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Developers, and Content Specialists on workflow simplification, review-platform enhancements, and process improvements.
  • Use Zendesk and other internal systems to document author/customer escalations and ensure timely follow-up when relevant.
  • Assess author portfolios and provide clear, constructive author feedback in line with Envato guidelines and content standards.
  • Maintain a flexible allocation of review capacity across calibrated categories, adapting to incoming volumes, backlog levels, and operational priorities in coordination with Team Leads.
  • Actively participate in a structured cross-training roadmap, achieving independent review capability in additional Graphics queues within the first six months and supporting broader cross-category coverage within twelve months.

About you

  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, creative content quality assurance, stock content review, or a related digital media discipline.
  • Advanced expertise in Print Templates and General Graphics, including typography, layout, prepress/print readiness, editable files, and technical quality standards.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; practical knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint, and Google Slides and their format limitations.
  • Practical experience reviewing or producing photography and video, with the ability and willingness to conduct hands-on cross-media reviews following calibration.
  • Working familiarity with creative media formats, metadata, licensing, copyright, IP and model/property-release considerations, and marketplace quality standards.
  • Experience using review systems, quality metrics, and AI-assisted tools; able to evaluate automated decisions critically and suggest improvements.
  • Strong coaching, sound independent judgment, and clear written feedback; excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
