Our projects span consumer behavior, lifestyle, digital products, and emerging cultural trends.

We're looking for a curious, organized, and proactive Freelance Research Assistant to support our upcoming consumer research projects.

If you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and discovering what makes consumers tick, this could be a great opportunity to gain hands-on research experience!

What You'll Do

Recruit and screen research participants for consumer research projects

Coordinate interview scheduling and participant communications

Support research preparation, documentation, and project logistics

Organize interview notes, transcripts, and research materials

Assist in summarizing key findings and consumer insights

Support communication and coordination across research teams

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable

Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines

Interest in consumer behavior, brands, lifestyle, and technology

Familiarity with Google Workspace and online collaboration tools

Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred, particularly for cross-cultural research coordination

Previous research experience is a plus, but not required

College students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals are welcome to apply!
