About the team

The Internal Systems team owns an expansive mix of platform and product solutions, centered on our internal users. Team goals are centered on building frictionless experiences for our Sellers and Finance Engineering to ensure our users can execute efficiently and with accuracy. We are looking for people with a strong background or interest in working across GTM and Finance domains to build successful platforms and systems. You’re comfortable dealing with many moving pieces, and you work effectively across dynamic teams and functions.

What you’ll do

As an Engineering Program Manager on the Internal Systems team, you’ll help deliver systems and process improvements for our internal users. You’ll partner with Engineering, Product, and business teams to turn agreed priorities into clear program plans, coordinate dependencies, and drive delivery from planning through launch. You’ll own defined programs across multiple teams, working with partners to resolve ambiguity, manage risks, and measure results.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Engineering, Product, and business teams to understand user needs and define program scope, milestones, owners, and success criteria.
  • Own delivery of defined cross-functional programs from planning through launch, tracking dependencies, decisions, risks, and progress.
  • Work with engineering partners to understand technical dependencies and tradeoffs, identify delivery risks, and agree on mitigation plans.
  • Write clear program plans, proposals, decision records, and updates tailored to the audience.
  • Build alignment across teams, resolve delivery issues with partners, and escalate blockers when needed.
  • Use data and stakeholder feedback to measure outcomes and recommend improvements.
  • Improve planning, tracking, and launch processes based on what teams need and lessons learned.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.

  • 3+ years of program management experience.
  • Experience delivering cross-functional software or systems programs from planning through launch.

  • Ability to work independently within an agreed scope, collaborate across teams and time zones, and seek support when needed.
  • Experience improving processes across multiple teams or functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with go-to-market or finance systems.
  • Experience partnering with engineering teams on internal software, systems integrations, or platform improvements.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and managing dependencies between systems.
  • Experience supporting launches, adoption, or process changes for internal users.
