We provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA services designed around the individual needs of children and families. As we continue growing in New Mexico, we're looking for a passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants to make a meaningful difference while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to RBTs and ABA staff.
  • Analyze data and make data-driven clinical decisions.
  • Provide caregiver training and support.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team.
  • Support skill development in natural environments, including home, school, and community settings when appropriate.
  • Complete required clinical documentation and maintain high standards of ethical care.

What We're Looking For

  • Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
  • New Mexico licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A collaborative, compassionate, and family-centered approach to care.
  • Passion for helping children build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.
  • Bilingual Preferred but not needed.
