About Us One Way Global is a Christian nonprofit. Our My Virtual Pastor program is a white-label app that churches can brand as their own, with 20+ features including discipleship tools, AI Bible coaching, spiritual growth tracking, and online giving.

The Role We're looking for a results-driven growth marketer to bring individuals and churches into My Virtual Pastor and turn sign-ups into active users. You'll own the funnel from first click to conversion.

Responsibilities

- Plan, run, and optimize paid ads, primarily on Meta - Build and improve landing pages to increase conversions

- Create email and text sequences that guide new users to get started in the app - Create onboarding resources and communication that help new churches use the app as a funding and outreach tool for their own ministry

- Track the full funnel and find where people drop off

- Test headlines, offers, audiences, and onboarding to improve results - Report weekly on key numbers like cost per lead and conversion rate Requirements

- Committed Christian who shares the ministry's values - Proven experience running paid social ads with measurable results

- Strong understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization

- Experience with email marketing and automation - Clear communicator who works independently and hits goals Nice to Have

- Experience marketing to churches, ministries, or nonprofits

- Experience with apps, subscriptions, or SaaS Compensation

- $2,000 per month base - Up to $2,000 per month in performance bonuses tied to growth goals

- Ad spend is a separate budget Details - Part-time, 15 to 20 hours per week

- Fully remote, flexible schedule
