Your last job gave you a script. This one gives you a vertical — and asks what you can do with it.

At ScaleSource, we match U.S. companies with elite remote talent. No upfront costs to clients. Month-to-month. Simple to explain, genuinely useful, and easy to get behind when you believe in it.
We're building vertical sales teams — each one focused on a single industry. Your job is to own one of those verticals and turn it into a contract-generating machine.
You don't need to know the industry on day one. You need to know how to find buyers, get them on the phone, and build momentum from nothing. What that looks like in practice
You'll start with a vertical — say, veterinary clinics, or franchise operators — and you'll figure out who to call, what to say, and how to move them toward a yes. You build your own prospect lists, write your own scripts, handle your own objections, and own your pipeline in the CRM.
The real edge comes from outbound — calling businesses with open roles and positioning ScaleSource as a faster, smarter way to hire.
The product is genuinely easy to sell. What's hard is the consistency: showing up every day, making the calls, improving the process, and hitting the number.

Your 90-day target
  • Close 6 new Scalesource contracts
  • Build the core vertical funnel and tracking system
  • Launch lead generation for your assigned vertical
  • Build CRM visibility from lead source to booked call to signed contract
  • Build or improve at least 5 funnel automations.
  • After 90 days: 4+ new contracts per month, every month.

What you'll need
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling to US-based business owners or decision-makers is preferred
  • High-volume outbound calling experience
  • Experience owning or managing a measurable funnel with at least 4 tracked stages
  • Experience managing weekly KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, pipeline reporting, or performance reporting tied to sales, recruiting, marketing, operations, or revenue
  • Experience building or managing at least 3 funnel automations using tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, CRM workflows, ATS workflows, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Overlap with U.S. business hours (Central Time preferred)
  • Daily use of AI tools to speed up research, prep, and follow-up

How we work
We run on EOS — clear goals, weekly scorecards, honest feedback. We don't track your hours. We track your contracts. We hold each other accountable, we move fast, and we try new things without needing permission.
Our values: Have Fun. Try New Shit Fast. Best in the World. Put in the Damn Work. Hold Accountability.
If those sound like slogans, this probably isn't the fit. If they sound like how you already operate — keep reading.

How to apply
We know your CV might not be up to date. Send what you have. Applications take a few minutes.
You'll be asked a few short questions. Specific, numbers-based answers are expected. This helps us filter the best candidates at early stages of the process. If you have the right experience and you put the effort, it will be noticed. Vague answers won't move forward.
Everyone gets a response within 24 business hours.
