Job Summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Senior Distribution Strategy Manager to develop and execute distribution strategies designed to increase revenue growth, customer engagement, and channel effectiveness across its global network.

The role will evaluate, optimize, and expand distribution channels, including strategic relationships with third-party schedule distributors, aggregators, and emerging aviation marketplaces. The position works cross-functionally with Revenue Management, Marketing, Digital, Guest Experience, Operations, Finance, and Business Development to align distribution decisions and investments with growth, customer experience, and profitability objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive distribution strategy supporting commercial and growth objectives
  • Identify opportunities to increase market penetration, customer acquisition, and engagement through existing and emerging distribution channels
  • Evaluate channel performance and recommend investments, enhancements, or rationalization initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive developments, and customer behavior
  • Lead strategic relationships with distribution partners, aviation marketplaces, charter operators, brokers, and technology providers
  • Partner with Business Development to negotiate commercial agreements and partnership structures
  • Develop reporting and analytical frameworks to monitor:
    • Channel performance
    • Customer acquisition costs
    • Revenue contribution
    • Profitability
  • Use data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize channel mix
  • Develop business cases and financial models for distribution initiatives
  • Present recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership
  • Support initiatives that improve consistency across customer journey touchpoints
  • Evaluate which capabilities should remain proprietary to direct channels
  • Monitor innovations and emerging technologies affecting aviation distribution

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Aviation Management, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in strategy, commercial planning, distribution, business development, revenue management, consulting, or related functions
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic planning and/or distribution strategy preferred
  • Experience developing and executing channel or distribution strategies
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills
  • Experience managing strategic partnerships and cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, writing, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex business relationships and their long-term business-model implications
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive organizational alignment
  • Experience managing teams across multiple geographies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or advanced business degree
  • Experience in aviation, travel, hospitality, transportation, marketplace, or platform-based industries
  • Familiarity with digital commerce, customer acquisition strategies, and channel economics
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), and analytics platforms
