Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and licensed State Farm Customer Service Team Members, with State Farm experience, to join our remote team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work from anywhere while earning a competitive salary plus commission and bonus opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the customer retention of our agency and building lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

  • MUST HAVE PRIOR STATE FARM EXPERIENCE
  • Must possess a validinsurance license(s).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A proactive approach to helping customers and the agency
  • Passion for helping clients and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in answering phones.
  • Proactively help identify gaps in customers coverages.
  • Handle Beginning of Day Report.
  • Manage emails from underwriting and customers.
  • Be reliable.
