We need leaders who are creative, collaborative, and experienced — people who accelerate Enterprise adoption of the Slack platform (including Slack AI) by ensuring every engagement follows the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and drives the digital transformation Slack enables.<br><br>You'll scope, design, build, and deliver compelling programs for Enterprise customers across users, teams, and geographies — tailored to each customer's needs and delivered with agile or waterfall-leaning rigor depending on context.<br><br><strong>What You'll Be Doing<br><br></strong><ul><li>Lead engagements through the full Salesforce Delivery Methodology lifecycle — Discover, Define, Design, Deliver, Deploy, Scale, Monitor & Control — ensuring methodology alignment with each customer at kickoff</li><li>Help customers launch and mature on the Slack platform, including driving adoption of Slack AI (search & summaries, huddle notes, Workflow Builder, and native Slackbot capabilities) as part of the value delivered</li><li>Partner with Enterprise customers to align scope, objectives, and success measures against the methodology's stage-by-stage guidance</li><li>Build senior client relationships and provide strategic guidance on both delivery execution and AI-driven ways of working</li><li>Continuously improve delivery methodology programs, incorporating AI-native delivery practices (e.g., Slackbot skills for status reporting, RAID tracking, and risk surfacing) to increase delivery efficiency</li><li>Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget; manage key issues and risks</li><li>Work cross-functionally to bring the right resources — including AI tooling — to each engagement to deliver success</li><li>Support customers extending Slack through integrations with Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce) as part of a connected, cross-cloud delivery experience<br><br></li></ul><strong>What You Should Have<br><br></strong><ul><li>8-10+ years of program/project delivery experience for Engagement Delivery Manager, or 10-12+ years for Senior Engagement Delivery Manager, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services</li><li>5+ years of program management experience, preferably within a SaaS organization</li><li>Working knowledge of (or ability to quickly ramp on) the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack AI product capabilities</li><li>Strong leadership, energy, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities</li><li>Excellent communication skills with customers and internally, including comfort presenting and discussing at the C-level</li><li>Demonstrated ability to think creatively about what a modern, AI-enabled delivery organization looks like at a company like Slack</li><li>A proven track record resolving issues and risks cross-functionally and collaboratively</li><li>Confidence building relationships with customers and internal partners</li><li>Natural curiosity, a love of learning, and a habit of sharing knowledge with others</li><li>A strong sense of urgency in driving projects to completion, balanced with knowing when to ask for help</li><li>Familiarity with Salesforce products and how they integrate with Slack (e.g., Slack-first Salesforce workflows, Agentforce, Sales/Service Cloud notifications) is a plus, though not required<br><br></li></ul>Unleash Your Potential<br><br>When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life.
