Job Overview

As a member of the Digital Data Networks (DDN) Marketing team, the Senior Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for driving digital growth by improving product and solution findability, attracting qualified target customers, and converting digital engagement into measurable business opportunities.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager of DDN, this role owns offsite digital channels, including paid search, paid and organic social, engineering and component discovery sites, and eCommerce touchpoints. The Senior Digital Marketing Analyst will drive digital growth initiatives across existing and emerging digital channels by connecting commercial priorities with digital channel execution, customer targeting, content promotion, analytics, and conversion optimization. The role is focused on increasing qualified traffic, engagement, leads, eCommerce opportunities, and revenue potential from target markets and accounts.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience driving digital growth through owned digital channels, external digital platforms, eCommerce-related initiatives, and content findability, while leading cross-functional partnerships that improve customer engagement and conversion. This person should bring a strong commercial mindset, practical execution capability, and a clear understanding of how engineers, buyers, and target accounts discover, evaluate, and convert through digital touchpoints.

This individual must be effective in cross-functional and matrixed organizations. She/he will be self-directed and able to execute a broad spectrum of digital projects while partnering with multiple stakeholders globally.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities, target account needs, and product growth opportunities into actionable digital growth plans.
  • Plan, launch, manage, and optimize digital growth across paid search, paid and organic social, engineering communities, component search platforms, distributor sites, and new or emerging digital channels.
  • Support eCommerce growth by driving qualified traffic to online buying paths, promoting priority products through digital channels, and identifying opportunities to improve self-service discovery and conversion.
  • Collaborate with PMs, sales, and engineering teams to enhance product availability, product recommendations, cross-sell opportunities, and measurable commercial outcomes for eCommerce.
  • Improve product and solution findability by leveraging various offsite digital channels.
  • Partner with integrated marketing, product marketing, sales, analytics, agencies, and external platform partners to execute digital growth initiatives and improve customer paths from discovery to conversion.
  • Test and scale new digital growth opportunities, tools, and external sites that can expand reach, improve engagement, and support measurable business growth.

Background & Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree; advanced education and/or relevant coursework preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital growth, performance marketing, eCommerce, or digital platform roles, preferably in B2B technology, industrial, electronics, or distribution-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of B2B digital customer journeys, especially how engineers, buyers, and target accounts search for, evaluate, and engage with technical products and solutions online.
  • Results-oriented, with a growth mindset and the ability and willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proven success in fast-paced and matrixed organizations
  • Hands-on experience with digital growth channels and tactics, including paid search, paid and organic social, engineering/community sites, component search platforms, distributor websites, and other external digital promotion channels.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce growth initiatives, including traffic generation, product promotion, online customer journeys, digital merchandising, distributor or partner platforms, and conversion improvement.
  • Proficient in mainstream digital platforms and tools, including but not limited to Google Ads, SEMrush or similar SEO/SEM tools, social advertising platforms, MS Office, and mainstream AI platforms and tools.
  • Strong analytics skills to measure digital growth effectiveness, diagnose funnel gaps, and translate insights into optimization actions that improve findability, engagement, conversion, and business impact.
