Key Responsibilities As a Remote Live Chat Support Agent at brighthush, you’ll be the frontline voice of our clients’ brands. Your day‑to‑day tasks will include Responding to Live Chat Inquiries Provide timely, accurate answers to customer questions on client websites and social media platforms. Guiding Sales Journeys Share relevant product links, upsell where appropriate, and help customers navigate the purchasing process. Offering Promotions Apply discount codes and promotional offers in line with client policies to boost satisfaction and sales. Problem Resolution Identify issues, troubleshoot solutions, and coordinate with subject‑matter experts to resolve complex queries.
