About the position

AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Insurance Solutions Associate to help individuals and families better understand important coverage decisions. You will work directly with prospective clients who have requested information, help identify their needs, and educate them on available insurance products. Responsibilities

  • Work with warm leads supplied by the company
  • Schedule virtual client meetings
  • Conduct client-focused needs reviews
  • Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage
  • Provide clear answers to client questions
  • Recommend appropriate products and services based on individual needs
  • Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships
  • Participate in training and performance coaching

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States

  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
  • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
  • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
