WordPress developer to add two pages to a custom-coded mega menu and header

We need a WordPress developer to make a small, well-defined update to healthcorum.com. The site was built by a freelancer who is no longer on Upwork, and the header navigation and banner use custom code that our team can't edit through the normal WordPress menu tools.

Two landing pages are already built and live. They just aren't linked anywhere in the navigation:

AI Navigator:

Plan Selection Agent:

Right now the Solutions dropdown only shows Executive Dashboards and Transparency Hub. We need both new pages added to it.

Scope of work:

Figure out how the header, Solutions mega menu, and banner are built (theme, custom template, plugin, or hardcoded) and tell us in a short written note.

Add AI Navigator and Plan Selection Agent to the Solutions dropdown, matching the existing items exactly: title, one-line description, styling, hover behavior, and spacing. We'll supply the description text.

Confirm the menu works on desktop, tablet, and mobile, including the mobile hamburger menu.

Leave documentation (a few paragraphs or a short Loom) explaining how to add or edit menu items in the future, so we aren't stuck again.

Optional, quote separately: replace the outdated social share image (Open Graph image) with our current logo, which we'll provide.

Requirements:

Take a full backup before touching anything, or work in staging if available.

No theme changes, plugin installs, or updates without asking first.

Don't change any page content, SEO settings, or HubSpot forms outside this scope.

What we're looking for:

Strong WordPress experience with custom themes and PHP/CSS/JS, not only page builders

Experience working on sites built by someone else

Clear communication and fast turnaround. We'd like this done within a week of hire.

To apply, please answer:

After looking at healthcorum.com, what do you think the header and Solutions menu are built with, and how would you approach adding the two items?

Roughly how many hours do you expect this to take?

Share one example of a similar fix on a site you didn't originally build.

We may have additional small updates later for the right person.
