Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Medical Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the guardian of patient data integrity, ensuring that every health record is accurate, complete, and compliant with HIPAA and internal policies. Your expertise in EPIC and medical terminology will be pivotal in maintaining the seamless flow of clinical information across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter patient health information into the reputed company system, maintaining 99.9% data accuracy.
  • Scan, digitize, and upload paper charts and documents into the EMR or secure shared drives.
  • Verify completeness of patient records, flagging missing or inconsistent data for follow‑up.
  • Provide end‑user support across multiple clinical sites, troubleshooting data entry issues and offering guidance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA regulations and arenaflex’s privacy policies.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
