Role Overview As a Senior Customer Success Manager at brighthush, you will be the linchpin that connects our customers’ aspirations with our product capabilities. You will guide high‑value clients from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion, ensuring they realize measurable business outcomes. Your ability to orchestrate cross‑functional collaboration, anticipate customer needs, and translate them into actionable plans will be critical to our shared success. Key Responsibilities Customer Advocacy Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building deep, trust‑based relationships with executive sponsors, product owners, and operational teams. Strategic Account Planning Develop and execute a customized success roadmap for each client, aligning with their business objectives and KPIs. Lifecycle Management Oversee the entire customer journey—onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion—ensuring seamless transitions and proactive risk mitigation. Performance Reporting Deliver quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and monthly business reviews (MBRs) that highlight value realization, usage insights, and growth opportunities. Training & Enablement Design and facilitate training sessions, webinars, and workshops to empower customers to leverage brighthush’s platform to its fullest potential. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues, prioritize feature requests, and align on go‑to‑market strategies. Growth Identification Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, working closely with the sales team to create expansion plans that drive revenue. Process Improvement Contribute to the evolution of the Customer Success organization by documenting best practices, refining workflows, and sharing insights across teams. Governance & Compliance Adhere to brighthush’s Code of Business Ethics, data privacy policies, and compliance requirements, ensuring all customer interactions meet regulatory standards. Continuous Learning Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide forward‑looking guidance to clients. Essential Qualifications Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related field. Proven track record managing large enterprise accounts with multi‑figure monthly recurring revenue (MRR). Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and experience with customer lifecycle management tools. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret usage data, financial metrics, and market trends to inform strategy. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and quality. Legal eligibility to work in India without visa sponsorship. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the SaaS or technology services industry, especially within the customer success domain. Background in consulting or professional services, providing a consultative mindset to client engagements.
