<p><strong>LHH (Atlanta)</strong> is partnering with a highly recognizable, publicly traded company on a search for a <strong>Senior Accountant</strong>.</p><p><br></p><p>This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to join a well-established brand while still having strong upward mobility. The team offers a clear path toward Accounting Manager-level responsibilities, along with excellent work/life balance, flexibility, and a mostly remote schedule.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Play a key role in the monthly close process, including journal entries, account analysis, and balance sheet reconciliations.</li><li>Assist with accounting activities associated with acquisitions and newly integrated businesses, including reporting, process alignment, and internal controls.</li><li>Work closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to address accounting questions and improve the flow of financial information across the organization.</li><li>Evaluate existing accounting processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and support continued growth.</li><li>Prepare schedules, analyses, and supporting documentation for quarterly and annual external audits.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.</li><li>CPA or progress toward CPA strongly preferred.</li><li>3+ years of progressive accounting experience.</li><li>Public accounting experience is strongly preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.</li><li>Motivated to grow within the organization and develop into a future leadership role.</li><li>Must currently reside in Georgia. Candidates located outside of Georgia will not be considered.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Compensation & Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Base salary up to $115,000.</li><li>Annual bonus target of approximately 15%.</li><li><strong>Mostly remote schedule with in-office attendance generally only 1–2 times per month.</strong></li><li>Comprehensive benefits package.</li><li>Strong work/life balance and flexibility.</li><li>Collaborative team environment with company events, happy hours, outings, and other team-building activities.</li></ul>
