Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation & Scanning – Prepare hard‑copy records for scanning, ensuring proper labeling, sequencing, and quality control before conversion to electronic images.
  • Claims Processing – Review claim submissions, verify information, and prepare claim forms for audits or mail‑out, maintaining strict adherence to federal, state, and company regulations.
  • Communication & Coordination – Act as the primary liaison with insurance agents, beneficiaries, attorneys, patients, and hospital staff, ensuring clear, timely, and professional correspondence.
  • Database Management – Record and maintain policies, claims information, and other critical data in our secure database systems, guaranteeing accuracy and accessibility.
  • Quality Assurance – Perform routine checks to confirm image quality, document completeness, and compliance with production procedures.
  • Clerical Support – Sort, file, and box records, remove reputed company, and maintain record order and sequence to support efficient workflow.

Essential Qualifications
