[Remote] Sales Support Representative (Pacific Northwest, St. Louis)

The Sales Support Representative sells products and solutions within assigned territories or accounts, executes account strategies, develops customer relationships, and coordinates service and technical issue resolution.


Responsibilities

  • The primary role of Sales Support professional is to sell ResMed's products and solutions to customers in an assigned territory and/or with specific accounts
  • Execute account strategy as defined by sales leaders by planning and positioning ResMed products and solutions to attain sales objectives and quota
  • Develop an understanding of customers’ business to identify needs and selling opportunities
  • Enhance customer relationships through virtual customer visits, product demonstrations, educational programs, product in-services, and problem resolution
  • Position ResMed products and services adoption to improve customer and patient outcomes
  • Develop, and grow customer relationships within assigned accounts and account managers
  • Ensure quality customer service and experience
  • Act as the single point of customer contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues
  • Document activities within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Work closely with the Sales Management team in evaluating business conditions and sales trends
  • Develop and implement a proactive plan that involves service and support with Sales Management

Skills

  • Candidates must be based in the Pacific Northwest and St. Louis Time Zone and support customers in the Pacific Northwest, St. Louis markets
  • Relocation assistance is not available for this role

  • Excellence in all forms of virtual communication with command of product and media presentations, especially via webinars, video conferencing, etc., using a variety of technologies
  • Proven experience working in a collaborative environment to achieve individual and team goals

  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent service internally and externally
  • Self-starter with proven leadership qualities
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationships
  • BA/BS in a business discipline or equivalent experience
  • +1 years relevant business experience in B2B sales support; medical device industry experience and knowledge preferred
