Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality patient care, education, and support while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and sound clinical judgment. The RN collaborates with Nurse Leads, Nurse Managers, medical team members, and cross-functional partners to support safe, efficient, and patient-centered care.

This is a full-time, remote position requiring 36–40 hours per week, including required platform coverage, team meetings, and weekend availability. RNs are expected to remain current on applicable clinical and operational processes and adapt to evolving patient and business needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide professional, patient-centered nursing care and education in accordance with established clinical protocols, policies, and scope of practice.
  • Apply sound clinical judgment and critical thinking when evaluating patient needs and determining appropriate next steps.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with patients, Nurse Leads, Nurse Managers, medical team members, and cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a private, quiet, professional, and distraction-free remote work environment during scheduled working hours.
  • Remain current on applicable clinical, operational, and platform-specific processes, including internally communicated updates.
  • Attend required meetings and trainings and participate in additional projects or initiatives as assigned.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with the organization's Code of Conduct and all applicable policies and procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent typing skills, with a typing speed of 60–100 words per minute (WPM) while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, focus, and productivity in a remote environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workflows, processes, and organizational priorities.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn required technology platforms.

Schedule:

This position is a full-time, remote position that requires the following:

  • 36–40 hours per week, with a minimum of 36 scheduled platform hours per week unless otherwise specified in the associate's offer letter.
  • 1400-0000 EST Timeframe (may be subject to change due to staffing needs, no recurring UNavailability)
  • A minimum of 8 weekend hours per week, worked consistently every Saturday.
  • Attendance at required meetings, trainings, and other scheduled activities as applicable to the role.

Education and Experience:

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Current multistate/compact RN license or endorsement, as applicable to the position.
  • Current RN licensure in California, Illinois, and New York is preferred. If not currently licensed in these jurisdictions, the successful candidate must obtain the required licenses within the established timeframe.
  • Professional nursing experience.

Physical Requirements:

  • This remote position requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
