Position Overview

arenaflex is seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Part‑Time Evening Customer Service Team for an eight‑week contract. This role is perfect for candidates who excel in high‑volume call environments, enjoy building rapport with shareholders, and can adapt quickly to evolving campaign requirements. You will work evenings and weekends, providing both outbound and inbound support while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Working Hours

  • Monday – Thursday: 6 PM – 11 PM EST (includes two 15‑reputed company breaks and a 30‑reputed company lunch)
  • Saturday: 12 PM – 6 PM EST (includes a 30‑reputed company lunch)

Essential Equipment Requirements

  • A dedicated Windows‑based PC (Mac, Chrome OS, Linux, or similar platforms are not supported).
  • A wired USB headset (wireless headsets are not permitted).
  • A dual‑monitor setup to facilitate efficient multitasking and data entry.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Core Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of critical tasks that directly impact shareholder satisfaction and operational excellence:

  • Conduct outbound calls to shareholders within defined timeframes, delivering scripted messages with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Handle inbound calls, responding promptly and accurately while adhering to compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date and precise database entry after each interaction, ensuring data integrity for downstream analytics.
  • Stay informed on campaign specifics, product updates, and regulatory changes to provide accurate information.
  • Achieve and exceed targets for productivity (e.g., 30 calls per hour), quality scores, attendance, and adherence to the Code of Conduct.
  • Escalate complex issues or complaints to a supervisor in a timely manner, documenting the escalation path.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding recurring customer concerns, trends, or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Participate in peer‑monitoring activities, reviewing call recordings for quality assurance and coaching purposes.
  • Assist with routine administrative duties such as preparing training materials, updating SOPs, or supporting quality initiatives.
  • Respond to email and web‑based inquiries, ensuring consistent messaging across all communication channels.

  • Demonstrated ability to follow a script verbatim for extended periods (6‑8 hours per shift).
  • Proven capacity to manage a high volume of calls—target of 30 calls per hour using an auto‑dialer or call flow system.
  • Comfort with leaving a high number of voicemails (average team volume: 11,000 voicemails per day).
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with CRM platforms, reputed company Office, and web‑based applications.
  • Quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts, policies, and procedures rapidly.
