Group is seeking a QA Manager to lead top‑quality, intuitive, and exciting testing initiatives. In this role you will work closely with engineers across multiple teams, connect with game studios, and shape the entire development cycle to ensure high quality from start to finish. You will also collaborate closely with Netflix testing automation groups to expand systems and focus on automation versus manual testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and champion the core aims of our foundation while fostering QA standards, norms, and cycles.
  • Work closely with Netflix testing automation groups to enhance existing systems for Game Stage needs.
  • Educate and evangelize quality assurance standards to designers.
  • Improve execution of projects using appropriate frameworks, tools, and strategies.
  • Maintain cross‑disciplinary collaboration and impact.
  • Motivate, create, lead, and mentor QA colleagues toward individual and group excellence.
  • Champion the use of advanced skills for the Game Stage QA group.
  • Collaborate with game leads and other disciplines to ensure effective working practices, cycle management, and progress culture for game studios.
  • Identify issues that prevent the creation of outstanding games and correct course collaboratively.
