Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Representative at brighthush, you will be the frontline advocate for our members, providers, and pharmacies. Your role will involve Answering an average of 70–80 inbound calls daily, providing timely, accurate information about PBM benefits and mail‑order pharmacy services. Managing multiple applications simultaneously across dual monitors, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflow. Resolving customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on one‑call resolution, leveraging independent problem‑solving skills. Maintaining 100% attendance at all scheduled training sessions and during the first 90 days of employment. Consistently meeting or exceeding call center metrics such as average handle time, first‑contact resolution, and customer satisfaction scores. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—billing, pharmacy, provider relations—to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience. Documenting interactions accurately in the CRM system and following up on any outstanding issues. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives, sharing insights, and suggesting process enhancements. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in healthcare, insurance, pharmacy, or billing. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask across several applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a calm, helpful demeanor even in challenging situations. Computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple screens and software simultaneously. Dedicated, distraction‑free workspace with reliable broadband (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload). Preferred Qualifications & Skills Experience in pharmacy benefit management or related healthcare services. Knowledge of insurance terminology, medication coverage, and pharmacy reimbursement processes. Familiarity with call center metrics and performance dashboards.
