Role Description The Recruitment Coordinator (Target based/from consultancy) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and executing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple clients. Daily tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial qualification calls, and scheduling interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.

The role involves maintaining accurate candidate and client records, tracking recruitment targets, and providing timely status updates to stakeholders.

The Recruitment

Coordinator will collaborate closely with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs, deliver a positive candidate experience, and meet performance-based hiring goals. This position also supports client communication, manages follow-ups, and contributes to continuous improvement of recruitment workflows and processes.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build trust with candidates and clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Hiring and Interviewing skills to manage sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates against client requirements and role expectations.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, to coordinate interviews, share feedback, and provide regular updates.
  • Experience working in a recruitment consultancy or agency environment, ideally in a target-based role, is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines and performance targets.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and a focus on accuracy in documentation.
  • Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is an advantage.
