<strong><p>Performance Marketing Specialist – Digital Acquisition</p><p><br></p><p>Full-Time | Google Ads | Meta Ads | GoHighLevel | Analytics</p><p><br></p><p>We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team and work across multiple brands.</p><p><br></p><p>You will work under our Head of Customer Acquisition, supporting the execution, optimisation and continuous improvement of our digital customer-acquisition strategy.</p><p><br></p><p>This is a highly execution-focused role. We are looking for someone who enjoys working inside the accounts, analysing data, identifying patterns, implementing changes and making sure marketing actions are completed properly.</p><p><br></p><p>You won’t just report numbers — you’ll be expected to understand why performance is changing and what needs to happen next.</p><p><br></p><p>What You’ll Be Doing</p><p><br></p><p>Performance Marketing</p><p><br></p><p>* Work hands-on across Google Ads and Meta Ads</p><p>* Execute and optimise Search, Performance Max and other campaigns</p><p>* Monitor budgets, spend, leads, CPL, CPA and conversions</p><p>* Review keywords, search terms, negative keywords and audiences</p><p>* Assist with campaign builds, ad copy, assets and creative testing</p><p>* Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve or scale</p><p>* Monitor landing-page performance and conversion rates</p><p>* Execute agreed campaign changes and track their impact</p><p>* Identify patterns in performance and investigate why campaigns are improving or declining</p><p><br></p><p>GoHighLevel & Customer Journey</p><p><br></p><p>GoHighLevel (GHL) is an important part of this position.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll help monitor and improve the complete customer journey, including:</p><p><br></p><p>* Lead flow and attribution</p><p>* Forms and integrations</p><p>* Opportunity pipelines</p><p>* Workflows and automations</p><p>* SMS and email automations</p><p>* Lead-source tracking</p><p>* CRM reporting</p><p>* Troubleshooting lead-flow issues</p><p>* Connecting marketing campaigns with actual sales outcomes</p><p><br></p><p>Our focus isn’t simply generating cheap leads.</p><p><br></p><p>We want to understand:</p><p><br></p><p>Ad Spend → Lead → Qualified Lead → Assessment → Proposal → Customer</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll help us identify which campaigns and channels are actually producing quality customers.</p><p><br></p><p>Analytics, Tracking & Reporting</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll work across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and other reporting platforms to maintain visibility over performance.</p><p><br></p><p>Responsibilities include:</p><p><br></p><p>* Maintaining weekly and monthly performance reporting</p><p>* Tracking spend, leads, CPL, CPA and conversion rates</p><p>* Analysing campaign and channel performance</p><p>* Checking conversion tracking and attribution</p><p>* Identifying trends and unusual changes in performance</p><p>* Maintaining campaign change logs</p><p>* Recording tests and their results</p><p>* Turning data into clear actions and recommendations</p><p><br></p><p>We want someone who naturally asks:</p><p><br></p><p>What changed? What should we do next?</p><p><br></p><p>SOPs & Documentation</p><p><br></p><p>An important part of this role is helping us build a marketing system that is repeatable and scalable.</p><p><br></p><p>You’ll:</p><p><br></p><p>* Build and continuously update marketing SOPs</p><p>* Document Google Ads and Meta processes</p><p>* Document GoHighLevel workflows and processes</p><p>* Maintain campaign change logs</p><p>* Document tracking and attribution setups</p><p>* Record successful tests, learnings and optimisation patterns</p><p>* Keep marketing processes current as the business evolves</p><p><br></p><p>We don’t want SOPs created once and forgotten. Documentation should evolve alongside the marketing operation.</p><p><br></p><p>SEO, Google Business Profile & Website</p><p><br></p><p>While paid acquisition will be a major focus, you’ll also maintain visibility across the wider digital acquisition system.</p><p><br></p><p>This includes:</p><p><br></p><p>* SEO and organic performance</p><p>* Google Search Console</p><p>* Google Business Profile</p><p>* Website and landing-page performance</p><p>* Calls and form conversions</p><p>* Website tracking</p><p>* Coordinating with SEO, website and other marketing specialists</p><p><br></p><p>You don’t need to personally be the strongest specialist in every channel.
