Part-Time Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Job Description

RICHA USA, the U.S. distributor of premium European motorcycle apparel, is looking for a dependable and motivated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our Miami team.

This is a hands-on position supporting our daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, comfortable with physical work, and willing to help wherever needed to keep our warehouse running efficiently.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity, and previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer and motorcycle dealer orders for shipment
  • Prepare packages and shipping labels for UPS, FedEx, and other carriers
  • Receive and organize incoming merchandise
  • Help unload containers and incoming deliveries
  • Move, organize, and store cartons and merchandise throughout the warehouse
  • Restock and maintain organized product locations
  • Assist with inventory counts and inventory organization
  • Assist with product labeling and preparation
  • Help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Assist with other warehouse and fulfillment duties as needed

Schedule

This position will initially be part-time, approximately 20–30 hours per week.

Some schedule flexibility is important, particularly when we receive containers, large incoming shipments, or experience higher order volume.

There may be opportunities for additional hours as our business and warehouse operations continue to grow.

Compensation

Starting pay: $15.00 per hour
