Position Overview – Part‑Time Remote Data Entry Specialist

This role is designed for individuals who excel at transforming raw information into organized, actionable data. You will be responsible for entering, validating, and updating payroll‑related information, employee records, and client‑specific data sets with a focus on speed, accuracy, and confidentiality. The position is initially a 3‑4 month contract, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent full‑time role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Capture & Entry: Receive daily work assignments and accurately input client payroll data, employee personal information, and other critical records into internal and external systems.
  • Payroll Support: Load employee payroll reputed company—including hours worked, wage rates, and deductions—into the designated payroll platform, ensuring that all entries meet client deadlines.
  • Information Updates: Proactively update client and company records such as delivery addresses, contact reputed company, and emergency contacts to maintain up‑to‑date account information.
  • Compliance Management: Input State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rate changes and other tax‑related updates reputed company to guarantee compliance with federal and state regulations.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of professional data entry experience, preferably in payroll, HR, or finance environments.
