Part Time Preloader - Richmond BC (YVR Area)

As a Part Time Preloader in the YVR area, you'll be based at our Richmond, BC facility (5960 Ferguson Road) and play a key role in our package handling operations. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your main focus will be loading and unloading UPS packages into trailers or package cars, as well as scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. You'll learn and properly execute UPS package handling methods, and may also operate heavy machinery as needed. The work is physical and requires a high level of energy. **Shift** This role offers a consistent part-time schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, starting at 3:30AM. Shifts can range from 3 to 5 hours, offering flexibility while still providing a steady routine. It's a great way to earn extra income while having your days free. **Compensation** We offer a starting pay rate of $18.50 per hour, with a guaranteed wage progression to reward your growth and dedication. That's a competitive rate for physical work in the logistics industry. **What You'll Need** To succeed in this role, you should be able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32 kgs.) on a regular basis and be comfortable with the physical demands of the job. You'll need to be able to read and memorize postal codes, which is essential for accurate sorting and loading. Availability to work flexible short hours, up to 5 days per week, is a must. While warehouse experience is preferred, it's not required—we're happy to train the right candidate who has the drive and willingness to learn.
