Position Overview & Responsibilities

The Retail Operations Shift Supervisor serves as the primary floor leader during active operational shift windows. You direct store team members across cashiering, stocking, and cleanup duties, ensuring throughput metrics are met. Supervisory duties include leading store opening or closing procedures, managing building security alarms, conducting register safe reconciliations, and resolving customer service escalations with professionalism. This role balances hands-on floor work with key operational management. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site leadership presence at the store (no remote work allowed).

Qualifications & Benefits
