Role Overview: What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth airport operations and delivering outstanding customer service. Your primary responsibilities will center around assisting passengers with their travel needs, from the moment they arrive at the airport until they board their flight. This position requires a unique blend of technical skills, interpersonal abilities, and operational knowledge.

Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Warmly welcoming and guiding passengers through the check-in and tagging process, ensuring they receive personalized assistance tailored to their specific travel requirements.
  • Utilizing computer systems to sell, print, and reissue tickets, while also managing seat assignments and providing accurate flight information.
  • Overseeing the check-in process meticulously, verifying that all passengers have the appropriate travel documentation, including passports, visas, and boarding reputed company.
  • Handling baggage with care and precision, including tagging luggage, moving items from scales to conveyer belts, and performing lifting tasks that may involve items ranging from floor level to waist height.
  • Ensuring security compliance by practicing security-conscious behaviors throughout all operational processes and procedures, prioritizing the safety of passengers, crew, and colleagues.
  • Assisting with gate operations, including managing boarding sequences, making gate announcements, and coordinating the boarding process to ensure efficiency and passenger satisfaction.
  • Providing travel information by answering questions about flight status, connections, airport facilities, and travel policies.
  • Supporting special passengers such as unaccompanied minors and travelers with disabilities, ensuring they receive the additional care and attention they require.
  • Maintaining operational readiness by preparing workstreams and positioning yourself appropriately before aircraft arrival, including opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors.
  • Demonstrating professionalism in all interactions, adhering to uniform standards, and representing arenaflex with pride and dedication.
