What You'll Do

  • Assist clients with vacation planning and travel recommendations

  • Research destinations, resorts, cruises, hotels, flights, and vacation packages

  • Coordinate travel reservations and booking requests

  • Create customized travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets

  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel

  • Stay informed on travel promotions, supplier updates, and destination information

  • Maintain accurate client records and reservation details

  • Build lasting relationships through excellent service and follow-up

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Comfortable using computers, online booking platforms, and email
