About the Role: Cosmetology Instructor (Learning Leader) As a Learning Leader, you'll do more than teach-you'll mentor, motivate, and empower Future Professionals every day. Using objective-based education (O.B.E.), you'll bring lessons to life with mini classes, learning centers, and real-world salon experiences. Your mission: help Future Professionals build technical excellence, business savvy, and professional confidence while making learning exciting and unforgettable. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dynamic, passionate educator with: A current cosmetology license (dual cosmetology/barber license a plus) Experience in the salon industry (prior teaching experience preferred but not required-we'll train the right person!) Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills A team-player mindset with professionalism, reliability, and integrity A true passion for the beauty industry and shaping the next generation of professionals Familiarity with Paul Mitchell products and culture (bonus points!)
