Are you able to commit to 30+ hours per week? (the work can be done at any time of the day or night, these are part time roles, high hourly rate and no benefits are offered, you will be paid as a 1099 contractor).

The roles entail spending (committing to) 30+ hours per week having conversations with AI surrounding your areas of expertise in Legal, Accounting or Finance.

Desired skills/Experience:

Finance: 7+ years of experience in a Finance Focused role, A BS Degree is Required (MS or CFA is a plus); have held titles equal or similar to: FP&A (manager or director or other), Commercial Banking Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Risk Analyst or similar titles; experience with public or private businesses/industries/data, corporate banking, wealth, insurance or similar

Legal: 5+ years of Legal Experience (at a law firm or a non-law-firm entity) ideally with a focus on contracts or litigation; have held titles equal or similar to Attorney, Associate Attorney, Public Sector Attorney, Administrative Law Attorney); Legal Analyst; specialized expertise in any of the following is preferred: Litigation; Compliance & regulatory; Intellectual Property, patent agents, trademark/copyright counsel; In-house ("corporate legal") & legal operations; A JD and/or current or past Bar Admission is strongly preferred

Accounting: 7+ years working in an Accounting or closely related role, BS Degree is Required (MS and/or CPA is a strong plus); should have held/hold titles such as Controllers, CFO, VP, Director, Staff or Senior Accountant, Auditor or similar; Experience working for a CPA firm is a plus; Experience with Audit (internal or external); SOX compliance; SEC / financial reporting, technical accounting, revenue & lease accounting, FP&A & Corporate Tax, Treasury, M&A or similar areas are a strong plus

For all roles: must be able to follow instructions, must have clear written communication skills, must be able to dedicate 30-39 hours per week (you pick which days and times); experience interacting with AI (experience with AI training platforms is a strong plus)
