  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri & Job Portals
  • Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic discussions
  • Work on live hiring requirements across IT & ITES industries
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
  • Assist in hiring and onboarding activities
  • Learn the complete Recruitment Life Cycle
