Graphic Designer to Create Brochures, Flyers, Presentation, and E-Book

We’re looking for an experienced graphic designer with strong editorial, print, and layout design skills to support a fast-moving project for an education and technology company.

This is a project for someone who knows how to take an established brand identity and translate it beautifully across multiple formats. We’re looking for polished, contemporary design with excellent typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and attention to detail.

The immediate project includes a mix of print and digital marketing materials, with additional presentation design work expected as the engagement continues.

Initial Scope

The first phase will include:

1. Two-fold, four-page program brochure

Design of a four-page brochure featuring multiple 2027 programs. The final piece will need to work beautifully in both print and digital formats.

2. Program flyers

Design of one-page promotional program flyers for digital distribution. The first flyer is our most immediate priority and has a firm October 1 deadline.

3. Up to 20-page e-book / program guide

Design and layout of a polished e-book highlighting program information, previous-year highlights, photography, editorial content, and upcoming offerings. This will require strong editorial design and the ability to organize a meaningful amount of information without making the document feel crowded.

4. Additional brand collateral

We will likely need additional design work after this initial round, including a branded presentation deck and potentially other print and digital materials.

Our team will provide brand assets, copy, photography, content direction, and feedback. We’re looking for a designer who can turn those materials into cohesive, elevated creative.

What We’re Looking For

You should have excellent experience in:

- Graphic design and visual communication

- Print design

- Editorial and publication design

- Brochure and marketing collateral design

- E-book, report, or multi-page document design

- One-page flyers and promotional materials

- Presentation design

- Typography and visual hierarchy

- Working within and extending an established brand identity

- Preparing files for both print and digital distribution

- Adobe InDesign and/or Figma

- Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop where needed

We especially want someone who understands how to make information-heavy materials feel modern, premium, clean, visually interesting, and easy to navigate.

Strong layout instincts are extremely important for this project.

Timeline + Availability

We will be kicking off the project Monday, and the first priority deliverable is due October 1.

Because of the timeline, you must have meaningful availability immediately and be comfortable working quickly while maintaining a high level of design quality.

The remaining pieces will roll out over the following several weeks.

You should be comfortable working within established deadlines, communicating consistently, and incorporating feedback efficiently.

How We’ll Work

Our team will provide:

- Brand guidelines and existing brand assets

- Copy and content

- Photography and supporting imagery where available

- Examples and creative references

- Clear creative direction

- Consolidated feedback

You will be responsible for translating that direction into polished creative, maintaining consistency across the entire suite of materials, and preparing final production-ready files.

We value designers who can also bring strong visual judgment to the process. We’ll provide direction, but we don’t want someone who simply places copy into templates. We want a designer who can look at the material, understand the communication goal, and make thoughtful decisions about hierarchy, pacing, imagery, typography, and layout.

To Apply

Please send:

1. Your full portfolio. Please include a link rather than only attaching a few individual samples.

2. Examples of brochures, reports, e-books, editorial layouts, presentations, or other multi-page work you have designed.

3. Examples of print collateral or one-page marketing materials.

4. Your primary design tools and whether you prefer Figma, Adobe InDesign, or both.

5. Your availability beginning Monday and confirmation that you can accommodate an October 1 first-deliverable deadline.

6. Your typical turnaround process for revisions and feedback.

7. Your hourly rate or preferred project structure.

Please highlight the work in your portfolio that you feel is most relevant to this project.

We are looking to move quickly and would like to select a designer who can become a trusted creative partner across this project rather than simply complete one isolated asset.
