Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Writer. The Freelance Writer will research topics, draft original content, and revise materials based on feedback from internal stakeholders or clients. Day-to-day tasks include writing articles, blog posts, marketing copy, and other digital content; ensuring consistency with brand voice and style; and meeting agreed deadlines. The role may also involve light content planning, basic SEO alignment, and collaboration via online tools to clarify project requirements. The writer is expected to manage their workload independently, maintain high editorial standards, and communicate clearly about progress and timelines. Qualifications • Strong writing and editing abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to produce clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content. • Experience conducting research and fact-checking to support accurate, well-informed writing on varied topics. • Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences, formats, and client guidelines. • Familiarity with digital content best practices, including basic SEO principles and online publishing workflows. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a proven record of meeting deadlines in a remote setting. • Comfort working independently, receiving feedback constructively, and collaborating through digital communication tools. • Beneficial qualifications include prior freelance writing experience, a portfolio of published work, and education or training in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
