Role Overview We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑centric Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. In this role, you will coordinate the release and pickup of vehicles by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies. You’ll ensure accurate, timely updates to vehicle files while delivering outstanding service in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Reach out to body shops to confirm vehicle pick‑up details and obtain release authorizations. Communicate with vehicle owners to secure necessary releases, arrange transport, and assist with personal item removal. Utilize the DeCode tool to search VINs and gather essential vehicle information. Maintain meticulous records in the system, documenting every interaction and vehicle status. Meet daily performance targets 100 calls per day and processing 60 live lots. Participate in weekly virtual team meetings via Microsoft Teams to stay connected and collaborate. Adhere to brighthush policies and guidelines to ensure quality and consistency. Support teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed. Perform other duties assigned by management to support overall team success. Essential Qualifications Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role. High school diploma or GED. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable on the phone and in concise messaging. Typing speed of at least 45 WPM and basic 10‑key proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and multitasking skills. Professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction‑free workspace. Availability to work occasional overtime. Office equipment will be provided to support your success. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual skills (English + another language) are a plus. Experience in the automotive or auction industry.
