Campaign & Community Operations Lead (iGaming)

<p><strong><em>Job setup: Full Time, Onsite, BGC</em></strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven Campaign & Community Operations Lead to oversee campaign, community, and livestream operations.</p><p>This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end campaign execution, managing operational teams, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, monitoring performance, and continuously improving processes to achieve business objectives.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of marketing campaigns, community initiatives, livestream activities, and special projects.</p><p>• Take ownership of campaign strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and against defined KPIs.</p><p>• Manage and provide direction to the Livestream Operations, Streamer Management, and Community teams.</p><p>• Coordinate with internal departments, external agencies, KOLs, partners, and other stakeholders to execute campaigns and special projects effectively.</p><p>• Support basic marketing and branding activities, including campaign materials, brand initiatives, and promotional activities.</p><p>• Monitor campaign and operational KPIs, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement.</p><p>• Develop and maintain SOPs, workflows, and operational processes to improve efficiency and execution quality.</p><p>• Optimize day-to-day operations, team workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.</p><p>• Manage daily operational administration and ensure smooth execution of ongoing activities.</p><p>• Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions to improve team performance and business results.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Requirements</strong></p><p>• Working experience in iGaming/Sportsbook is a must</p><p>• 3–5 years of experience in campaign management, community operations, livestream operations, digital marketing, or a related field.</p><p>• Proven experience in campaign planning and execution, preferably managing campaigns from concept development through post-campaign reporting and optimization.</p><p>• Experience managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.</p><p>• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.</p><p>• Familiarity with community platforms, livestream operations, digital campaigns, and campaign performance tracking.</p><p>• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</p><p>• Strong ownership, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.</p>
