In this client-facing, field-based role, you will use consultative selling, strategic account management, and data-driven insights to grow revenue, strengthen dealer relationships, increase program enrollment, and deliver solutions that create measurable business value. This role requires frequent travel — approximately 65% to 75% of the time, typically three out of four weeks per month — to support dealer engagement, client meetings, field activities, and business development initiatives.<h2><b><span>What you will do in this role</span></b></h2><p><span>In everything we do, we believe in doing right by and for people – our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.</span></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned OEM field staff and dealership partners.</li><li>Define, communicate, and manage client requirements, program updates, operational changes, and strategic initiatives.</li><li>Leverage data, analytics, and business insights to identify opportunities, solve complex challenges, and deliver recommendations that drive enrollment, dealer performance, client success, and revenue growth.</li><li>Achieve and exceed assigned revenue, retention, enrollment, and quota-based performance objectives through consultative selling and strategic account management.</li><li>Identify, develop, and close incremental revenue opportunities through account expansion, cross-sell initiatives, and new program adoption.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers, fixed operations leaders, and OEM field personnel.</li><li>Act as a Dealer Services Group subject matter expert, providing guidance, education, and strategic consultation to dealers and OEM stakeholders.</li><li>Develop and execute territory business plans designed to increase dealer engagement, program enrollment, retention, and overall business performance.</li><li>Use a consultative sales approach to uncover dealer needs, identify business challenges, and recommend solutions that create measurable value.</li><li>Proactively monitor dealer performance, enrollment trends, and market conditions to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.</li><li>Lead the rollout of new products, service offerings, and program enhancements to dealers and OEM field teams.</li><li>Conduct dealer meetings, performance reviews, business consultations, and training sessions in both individual and group settings.</li><li>Support regional, field, and national OEM meetings as the Dealer Services Group representative.</li><li>Partner closely with internal sales, operations, program management, and leadership teams to coordinate enrollment, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.</li><li>Research industry trends, market developments, and competitive activity to provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients and leadership.</li><li>Manage dealer retention efforts, conflict resolution, and escalation management while maintaining strong client and dealer relationships.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of dealer activities, opportunities, pipeline development, and business outcomes.</li><li>Travel 65% to 75% of the time to support dealer engagement, field activities, client meetings, and business development initiatives.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2><b><span>Your qualifications</span></b></h2><p><span>We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.
