Pay Rate: B-Level: $25/hour + commission | A-Level: $30+/hour + commission

Kelly’s Auto Repair is looking for an experienced A-Level or B-Level Automotive Technician who can handle general repair, diagnostics, electrical work, and maintenance. Whether you’re a strong B-Level Technician or an experienced A-Level Technician, this is an opportunity to join a busy independent shop with steady vehicle volume and a climate-controlled facility.

  • B-Level Technician: $25/hour + commission
  • A-Level Technician: $30+/hour + commission
  • Weekly pay
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
  • Approximately 35-40 vehicles per week
  • Six-bay, six-lift facility with heat and air conditioning
  • 5 days of PTO and 2 sick days during the first year
  • Paid or reimbursed job-related training and certifications
  • Uniform shirts provided

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general automotive repair and maintenance
  • Diagnose vehicle concerns and determine needed repairs
  • Diagnose and repair automotive electrical issues
  • Perform maintenance services on a broad range of primarily late-model vehicles
  • Use digital vehicle inspections as part of the repair process
  • Work with shop-provided specialty tools and equipment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience
  • A-Level or B-Level automotive repair and diagnostic capabilities
  • Strong general automotive repair skills
  • Experience diagnosing automotive electrical systems
  • Digital vehicle inspection experience is a plus
  • ASE certifications are preferred but not required
  • Must have your own automotive tools for the work performed

Compensation & Benefits

  • B-Level Technician: $25/hour + commission (Depending on experience)
  • A-Level Technician: $30+/hour + commission
  • Paid weekly
  • 5 days of PTO during the first year
  • 2 sick days during the first year
